Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may not do with Crono. It applies to all users and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
Breaking the law. Do not use Crono in ways that violate applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Harming people. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or group.
Sending spam. Do not use Crono to send bulk unsolicited messages. Every scheduling request sent through Crono must be genuine, relevant, and directed at someone with whom you have a legitimate business reason to communicate.
Impersonation. Do not impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or your authority to schedule on someone's behalf.
Attacking the service. Do not probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Unauthorized access. Do not access accounts, calendars, or data that you are not authorized to access.
Abusive automation. Do not use the service to send scheduling requests at a volume or frequency that constitutes abuse, as determined by Crono at its reasonable discretion.
Infringing rights. Do not use the service in ways that infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Where we determine a violation has occurred, we may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, notify affected parties, report activity to law enforcement, or take other steps we consider appropriate given the circumstances.
We will use reasonable judgment in applying this policy. Severity and context matter.
